"I wanted to share with you the excellent customer service I received from Lauren the manager and Jada, who took my order. We LOVE Olive Garden food, atmosphere and service and without a doubt we always get great service. Today I was ordering food for someone very dear to my family and Lauren and Jada, made that happen! Even though I did not pre-order, they were there to say, no problem, we got this! If you are looking for a good meal and service, visit the Midlothian Turnpike Olive Garden...you will not be disappointed. "Once again we left due to a 25+ minute wait at 2:30 on Saturday. We already avoid traditional meal times due to the long wait and lack of staff. The people in front of us also chose not to wait. Probably 12-15 people already waiting to be seated. This has been happening for many years—it’s not a result of Covid. When we have our hearts set on Olive Garden, we drive to the one on Broad Street. It’s faster than waiting for the one on Midlothian Turnpike."

"I went for lunch and was seated almost immediately. I ordered the lunch pasta Alfredo with chicken and broccoli, and it was kind of bland, needing something. The salad and bread were good. The waitress was fresh out of training, so forgot a few things, forgiven appropriately. This place is a nice chain Italian establishment with decent prices."

"My server Alexis was fabulous… very attentive and polite. The restaurant on this occasion was freezing though. The food, as always was delicious… hit the spot! I had spaghetti with marinara sauce, spinach and artichoke dip, salad and breadsticks, washed down with raspberry lemonade. I recommend Olive Garden and this location."

"I sat at the bar for dinner on a Thursday night 8pm. The restaurant was practically empty. The bartender was kind and helpful. They did not have eggplant Parm, the soup came out with my meal because it needed to be brought to room temp. The to-go $6 is typically frozen for you to heat later. They didn't have any frozen, so they made a hot to go 5 cheese pasta. The waitress said an extra large party wiped them out the day before. My shrimp scampi was not appetizing, the shrimp didn't look cooked and the scampi was very tomatoey, versus garlic and buttery. Olive garden has really gone down hill. I don't recommend visiting, I left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed."
