"Don’t bother calling in if your order is messed up in any way twice now they have made me believe that they were gonna fix it and both times the manager that took my complaint had openly lied they had nothing waiting and did not replace the food they left out.. do better.."
"I arrived during lunch time and there's about six cars in the line, so I decided to go inside and order. The girl at the counter seemed to be very busy processing other orders and didn't even take my order for the first 3 minutes, even though I was the only person in line. The menu board was stuck on items 8 through whatever so I couldn't tell what the first seven combo things were. I only ordered a Whopper Jr and it was definitely overcooked, both of them. Should have got the regular Whopper. The restrooms are clean and the employees seem to be covid compliant."
