"The time is 11:32a and the doors are locked. The times on the door say open time is 10am. I drove a ways to come here and find some clothing really quick and the times displayed are inaccurate. You can’t make money if you aren’t opening for your customers. This is the second citi trends that feel they can open whenever they want, unprofessional business."

"This store has no coverage! One refister that takes card purchases and the other register is for cash purchases. What in the world! There were so many people in this store Friday that it was almost suffocating and to add fuel to the fire... being swift about getting people rung up was not one of their good qualities. 2 females at the register but only after the assistant manager or manager or not, IDK! At first she ignored the number of people that stood in line that was growing from either side of the store. Anyone could have easily walked out with a ton of merchandise because the 2 people ringing up customers were the only 2 there. And what could they have done? Not a darn thing. We, the customers waiting in line... we'll speaking for myself if I noticed and I happened to still be there when police came to question any of us and I were one of those persons, I would say, "I saw, they went and I'm leaving "! What loyalty should a customer have towards a business whose associates could care about us? We are just money bags to them. So now, I'm sure I won't be the only one to travel to a store that displays professionalism to the utmost degree! Shame on Citi Trends management (as if they deserve to be categorized as such) and cashiers @ the Nine Mile Road location!"

"The selection is not what it use to be. If you're not into skinny jeans for men then this is not the place to shop. It's hard to really find loose or relax fit. Prices are not bad but as for clothing for husky kids and loose fitting clothes then try another store."
