"We used the drive through. This was my first time here as I am new to Poquoson. The speaker was broken so we pulled around to the window. There was a sign directing us to do so. The woman who took my order was really nice and patient with me while I ordered with kids. The man at the second window was super friendly. We ordered a cup of water and he was nice enough to ask if it was water we wanted or just ice. He said a lot of people ask for just ice. The food was ready quickly and we got everything we ordered. The 4 stars for food is because the hash browns weren’t hot which was a bummer but it’s not that big of a deal. Everything else was great."

"Second time this week that I have been told that the restaurant closed 20 minutes before posted closing. I even got a call back from corporate but after my visit tonight I know that "contacting the supervisor" did absolutely no good. Do yourself a favor and just go to Wendy's. Immediate service, full menu. And if you are like me, coming in from Norfolk, or somewhere else, just get your food BEFORE you get to Poquoson. Iykyk"

"Sat in drive thru line for over 20 minutes waiting to pick up an online order. Pulled up to get my food and the female did not open the window for another 10 minutes until my food was ready. No explanations or greetings. Got back to work and the fries were undercooked, limp raw salted fries!! Will not be going back to this McDonald's in Poquoson. Poor service and raw fries!!"
