Bojangles

"I love Bojangles food but this location is disappointing. On one occasion in the drive-thru I ordered a cajun fillet sandwich and what they put in the bag had no chicken on it. Believe it or not. Today ordered fries with my lunch and they were old, asked for some new fries and got them but they had no seasoning. I think the problem must stem from management. The people that work here don't really seem to care about what they're doing or pay attention and that probably stems from the top down."

"Absolutely.the worst / no service.. cashier went on break as we approached to order and did not tell us....n o one came up as we waited 15 .minutes!! The cashier sat in dining area with her food loud talking to coworkers she was on break, as she scarfed her food and talked...disgusting manners...totally black crew/ we R white..another white couple who ordered right before us was.still waiting when we left..we entered Monday Dec. 18; 2023 at 11:05.and left 11:20 am....most ill-mannered ,racist place I've ever.been in...bet they spit in the food for whites."

"I really enjoy this Bojangles. They are very friendly and if there’s any mistakes made on your food, they fix them. I ordered a cheddar bo biscuit and the cheese was burnt course. I didn’t realize till I got home but I went back and explain to them that the cheese was burnt and then I couldn’t eat it and the gentleman that I spoke with went to the back, made a fresh one. I’m glad it right to me! Everyone makes Mistakes. What is the good ones that fix it when they’ve made a mistake that really counts."

"This place is garbage, being ran by a bunch of ghetto, disrespectful thugs. I went it there to get a Cajun combo nothing special and was told to drive around and wait. I did, for 18 minutes to be exact, to receive cold food. Took the food back in and asked for refund and then it became nasty. The worker tried to come from behind the counter to cause trouble. Meanwhile spilling out vulgarity and nastiness. Manager lady can’t control her crew. Avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere."

"Came in today for lunch and got my usual large 4pc supreme meal with honey mustard and when I recieved my food and opened it up I found my “large” fry to be only halfway full and had a hash brown in it. Fries were cold and hard and not seasoned at all, and they forgot my honey mustard. So I went inside to get it fixed to see 7 people waiting in line who 1 of them had said he had been there for 20 minutes already. No one was taking orders in the front because they were focusing on drive thru. When one of the employees was told to take orders they responded with “I’ve already taken my orders, I’m not doing that”. So I never got my honey mustard and got a half full cold unseasoned fry. Very disappointed with service here today"
