"Food prices are way to expensive. But only reason 4. 5 for drive through. Matthew made me feel special . I wore my crown all day. I was having an extremely bad day and he gave me a crown and said , would you like a crown for the queen you are.....of course he says that to everyone. But I just loved his personality. He is a valued employee. Made an old lady smile."

"Come on it's Burger King, just like the other super fast food establishments, you pull up at the speaker, ask for a milk shake plus any other items, and the same reply 'oh sorry, no milkshakes today', I would seriously be asking myself who makes these machines that keep breaking down! I'm sure they have their reasons but come on, this happens at BK, Wendys & McD's. The food is ok, the drinks ok, but the reason I stopped is if just driven nearly four hours, didn't want to go in to a restaurant as I was near to home. Just remember, it is only fast food, serves it's purpose when you need something quick."

"This is hands down the best run Burger King (and any other fast food restaurant) I have ever been to. I have been coming here ever since it opened. The food and service and dining room experience is CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT. The sandwiches and fries are always hot and extremely fresh. The dining room and bathrooms are immaculate. The management and crew are friendly, attentive and always on top of their game. This could serve as a model restaurant for others to follow. Other restaurants in Powhatan do not compare. To be clear: I have no affiliation with this restaurant other than being a very appreciative customer."

"This place rocks!! We orders on the app, the food was hit fresh and ready when we walked in the door! I got the Royal Crispy chicken sandwich. It was absolutely one of the chicken sandwich I have ever had. The manager does an outstanding job to make sure you dining experience is the very best it can be! Thank you!!"

"Went in the drive thru and the guy was polite. Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant meal. $7.09. I guess someone else was hungry because I got maybe half and egg."
