I wonder do they have a new store manager. I've shop this location for the last five years and I'm really disappointed. "I like the fact that I can pick up my Amazon order there. I didn't have to wait days to pick it up. The customer service guy really seemed like he was bogged down with a lot of stuff on his mind. "I went in around 6:30pm to buy a phone. Unfortunately they only had one person working on the floor so it took a while to get help. They had what I needed and the employee was very helpful. I hope they can do something too improve customer service and prices because otherwise, I see Best Buy going the way of CompUSA and Circuit City. We ask need Brick and Mortar Stores for things we want to touch before buying."

"I visited the Best Buy in Colonial Heights to return an item that I had ordered through the internet. I love the hassle-free return. Customer service was great! I thought the young person who helped me was very attentive and cordial. However, the store shelves were like a ghost town. The store's decor was dreary and depressing. They need a new look. I am not sure that I would come into the store to shop because they didn't seem to have much."
