"My food was cold, not one degree of heat. They didn't give me all my sauce either, like the sauce is one of the best parts. I didn't even know if they gave me the right soda (I asked for Cola cherry, and I don't taste the cherry)."

"I have never, and I mean NEVER, ordered from this location and gotten everything I asked for. Something is always missing. There’s no sauces, they gave me chicken noodle soup when I ordered Tortilla, the fries come half empty, there’s no salad dressing with the salad, the chocolate shake is old Michael Jackson colored and not young. ALWAYS a problem. Everything else could be going wrong in my day and I try to get some chick fil a to cheer myself up, sit on the couch, open it up, and there’s no damn sauce or dressing. So now I just gotta put it in the fridge and go to bed because I’m so damn mad. Just wasting $30 left and right on this location. I’m starting to wonder if they be in there sleep."

"I really wish I would've got the young man's name. Honestly, he was the first nicest, most respectful person I met in Washington DC. Thank you, sir, for having the best customer service. I went through the drive-thru on Dec 6th approximately around 2:20-2:45pm. I had a large order. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have you. Good job, young man."
