Wendy's

"This place is a dice roll. 50% of the time my order is messed up. The employees here always look like they hate their jobs, strange because everyone else at Union station is pretty happy. When you order they repeat it back like a question. Me: "I'll have a number 1 and medium fry." Wendy's: "Your having a number 1 AND a medium fry?" Me: "Yes?" The raised eye brow of the cashier really sends it, causes me to question my life choices... Did I want nuggets? A Baconator? Does my wife still love me?"

"Don't come here trying to find a job they will lie to you have you do 3 applications because the workers bitter and will lose your application Im calling and reminding them for service to work I get unprofessional run arounds apply to work wayyy before the holidays just so they say corporate office said no after I was told to call back on Tuesday I better get this job before I seen the ppl came afterwards for a interview and they get a job I will protest and get this place shutdown for profiling me and stress"

"RUDE. Stops serving breakfast before 10. I pointed out that it was before 10. Counter man didn’t care, of course, had kind of a “we do it the way we do it” attitude. If Wendy’s wants to close breakfast at 9:45 am, that’s fine, but don’t say breakfast is served until 10 if you don’t serve breakfast until 10. Don’t lie to your customers and don’t inconvenience them. We walked out and we won’t be back."

"Absolute worst Wendy's in the city. Tried to order breakfast at 8 am and they "didn't have coffee." I ordered a bacon egg n cheese biscuit and a sausage egg n cheese English muffin but received 3 sausage egg n cheese English muffins without cheese. Best part is that I ordered via door dash and my driver told me they didn't have coffee after already driving to me so I couldn't get a different drink. Honestly who tf goes to the train station Wendy's for a door dash order?!"

"The absolute worst Wendy’s experience we’ve ever had. It took about 10mins after getting up to the register for someone to greet Us to take an order, then afterwards, another 20mins to have our order ready after paying. Mind you, the line had only 4 ppl in it."
