"Waited in line yesterday around 5-530 for a long while, I was patient. I was disturbed and grossed out that the girl at the drive thru, was stuffing her face taking her time to take payment , etc. no wonder the wait. Then she licks her fingers and grabs my box to give to me. Absolutely disgusting . It appeared that management was right behind her and refused to acknowledge that this was extremely unacceptable. Fire the staff. I had thrown out my entire box because of the distaste it left"

"I love Krispy Kreme donuts, especially when they are hot. I would see the Hot and Now sign lit up and rush to go in and buy a dozen. It was the first time in many years that I've been to the restaurant looking for the tasty treat (glazed donuts). I asked the cashier when the donuts were last cooked, and the reply was first thing this morning. I was told they only cook donuts twice once in the morning and at 5 o'clock. What!! you only cook twice a day so by 12:00 p.m. the donuts had been cooked since around 7 or 8 that morning. I told the cashier I could have just purchased them at the grocery store instead of rushing down to the restaurant. I was "Not Happy." I wanted them hot right off the assembly line. Needless to say, I grudgingly brought 3 dozens. I could have saved myself a trip and gas. The service was very poor. There was no customer service. Just order, and Slap them in the box and off you go. Maybe I'll have better luck at the Denbigh location because the Hampton location is poor. The donuts' tasted store brought"
