"Surprisingly the customer service was really really good.... But the food portions are sad! Nothing comes with the sandwich? Just a sandwich. The prices are outrageous. I was completely disappointed after spending $18 that I walked away with a sandwich smaller than the palm of my hand and a cup of juice. Not my idea of getting the best "bang for my buck". A "make it a meal" option needs to be added so your customers are full or at least satisfied for lunch. I literally drove from Fredericksburg, VA to eat here because I saw it on Fox 5 News and I'm a foodie, a 1 1/2 hour trip, just to stop again n get more food elsewhere on the way home."
