"Been a customer for more than a decade. Excellent soul food, chittlings are back and MORE expensive but worth it, the fish is fresh and cooked to order . Either way, the food is good, healthy portions, slightly pricey-but worth it."

"It was my first time here. The people that work there was very nice. The food on the other was not good. I got a catfish dinner and a crab cake. The catfish was too salty and too soft. The greens had no taste and they were very soft also. The crab cake had no taste. I spent almost $30 for food that I don’t enjoy at all. I had the hardest time trying to eat the catfish because of how salty it was."

"The food is always delicious and fresh. The closest you can get to being homemade and the portions are healthy enough to keep you coming back. I took a friend of mine who is not easy to please and he still talks about this place to this day. Says he never eats leftovers from carry outs or restaurants. But stated that it was as good the next day as it was the first day. Coming from him that’s a five star compliment."
