"Got big order. Bag was tied so couldn’t see if my stuff was all there. Drive through, trying to be considerate of others behind me I just hoped all was there. Got home and missing items. Takes almost 30 minutes there and back. Their phone doesn’t even ring. The nearest 2 others rang but nobody answered. Crazy. Called the number on Google to get a voucher or something bc I was pisses. Some ppl at the house only eats certain stuff. So call the number and all they did was get my info and kept me on hold. Why a joke. Never going there again hello Popeyes."
"I only use the app to pick up food at this location. When using for pick up- the chicken/sides are on point to KFC customer standards- The right color, texture, wetness and skin dryness. Those who dont understand please ignore and continue to eat your bagged ramen or hot dogs and generic burgers. Considerations for the better experience at this and most restaurants: 1) order after 12pm the chicken will set better and taste better. The 10am opening chicken ( and late night chicken after 7pm is a far cry from what is shown on TV). 2) Order original- its jucier and more flaverful 3) pick it up if you can- They will give you better cuts 4) uneaten chicken needs to be stored in a sealed food container- not the KFC container- keep it sealed and moist for proper reheating 5) reheat: Oven Method- bring chicken to room temp and then bake for 300F for 6-10 minutes Air fry- bring to room temp and 325F for 3 minutes- check and adjust 6) Only Dark meat--- White meat, AKA the breast, is not meant for KFC- they sell it to please, "them dry-loving folks". Stay clear from those fake KFC cuts."

"This is the size of the wing they gave me in the combo. The vanilla wafer is almost the size of it. I'd have gone back, but I did pickup. By the time I got it out of the box, I was already home which is way to far away. Never see me again."
