"The staff members were friendly and helpful when I called for an appointment, and they were able to fit me in pretty quickly for a tire rotation. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, and my service was completed promptly. My only complaint is that the tires were not aired up after the rotation, which isn't something I thought to mention since it's always assumed to be part of the process. Since my truck uses a different pressure in front and rear tires, I had to then air down the front ones and air up the back ones which took significantly longer with my little travel air compressor than it would have at this shop with professional equipment. Fortunately I own the tool to reprogram the TPMS system because they didn't do that part either. Smaller shops often don't so this part isn't super out of the ordinary."
