"Awful customer service. Bought a pair of boots NEVER wore them. They were torn. I tried to return them and they wouldn't refund me said they were worn. Assistant Manager horrible."
"I bought a pair of shorts and within two weeks the snap broke in the front and they refused to take it back because I wore it. If you are going to buy from them, just be aware most of what they sell is not quality. As long as you know what you are getting and keep your expectations low, you should be ok. Personally, I will never buy from them again"

I've been to many Ross stores in 5 states, this is by far the worst I've ever seen. I can't understand why this store manager still has a job. Seems like he just doesn't care."
