"Very disappointed! Ordered a frozen coffee, asked the cashier if it came with whipped cream because there wasn't any on it. I was told, "No! It doesn't." I pulled out of the drive thru, took one sip, and realized it was gross! It tasted old and stale! I also ordered bacon without season for my dog. It was floppy and rubbery. This cost $8+. I left them feedback, was told I would be contacted within 48 hours, never heard from them. I will continue to go to my favorite Dunkin off GWH!"
"This location is hands down better than the one on Portsmouth Blvd! A little out the way, but will make the drive anytime instead of having to go the Portsmouth Blvd location. Manager was amazing after a bad experience at the other location!"
"Often out of donuts by noon. Horrible customer service, atrocious attitudes for no reason. You're lucky I'd they say good Morning. Specifically a very tall young woman. Based off my last visit I will not be returning and I have been going to this dunkin for the last 8 yrs almost daily, even when it was several streets up."
"Donuts and coffee are still great, The sandwiches are pretty good if they would actually serve them hot. The atmosphere is kind of boring, and the staff could try a little harder on customer relations. A smile and a friendly greeting aren't really that difficult."
