Bethesda Bagels

"A friendly Trinidadian lady took my order with a smile. Lots of bagels and filling options. Had a corned beef on regular bagel which was pretty good. they have an wide assortment of fillings, bagel flavors and bakery items to choose from. there’s a standing table outside for general use but it’s all taken care of away. street parking isn’t great but patience is key, something will open up. otherwise there’s a parking garage with park mobile payment options just down the street. it gets pretty busy around lunch time but they have sale the rush well and you usually get your order within 5-10 mins."

"Bethesda Bagels is my go-to bagel place in the DC area. I go to this location most often, but I have been to all of the locations and the quality is consistent. I order a melted mozzarella on an everything bagel, it’s an open face bagel with pesto, tomato, and mozzarella. It’s insanely good, I highly recommend it. A simple bagel with cream cheese is always a good option too- the jalapeño cheddar is great. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, this place is jumping so I suggest placing an online order ahead and picking it up. I’ve also had the coffee, and donuts, they have a variety of other selections too. Overall a solid bagel shop."

"We walked from our hotel and found this bagel shop that was hopping on a Saturday morning at 830am. The bagels were huge and dense. We ordered breakfast sandwiches with sausage egg and cheese. They were the best sandwiches I've had in a while. We also ordered bagel dogs for lunch later and they were very tasty as well. I ordered several bagels to take home for our dinner back to PA. So tasty!!"

"It is worth waiting in line to get these bagels. Doubly so if you've done a 20m bike ride. Looks like you can also order ahead of time though to cut down the waiting time. I can recommend the Steak n Cheese, but the Everything Bagel is probably the most popular (will try it next time around)."
