"Not only was this particular branch of the restaurant unable to fulfill basic requests such as bread selection, toppings, etc., but the manager then *refused* to fix the incorrect order (despite the instructions CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE LABEL!). When I asked to be given the number for the general manager or when they would be in, that information was not only refused, but the manager decided that it would be appropriate to hang up on me! Note to the general manager/franchise owner - whoever the manager was on the afternoon of June 12, 2023 at 4-4:30pm needs at best some serious retraining!"
