"Very courteous and professional employees. Cheese on my bagel for breakfast wasn't melted. I usually avoid McDonald's but was in a hurry for a quick bite."

"You go through drive through and don't get your order. Then call speak to manager and when you go back to get what they didn't give you first time they still get it wrong. Every time price is different when you pay for same thing each time. Really they need to get people in there that value there job. I ask for main number and they don't give it to you."

"We do not like the fact that employees here at this particular McDonald's do not salt the French Fries. We ask why they don't, because most people like some salt on their fries, and all of the other McDonald's restaurants do salt their delicious fries. We were told that it was because it makes their job easier, because it is not as hard to clean up the fry pans, or whatever they are called, if they don't use salt. Wow!!!!!! No regard for what the customers like at all. What is this world coming to? My husband also asked for no onions on his burger because he is allergic to them, and stated that when he ordered. Well, the burger came with onions on it, even though the order ticket said no onions. All of our burgers were cold also, not even warm at all and it was only like 8:00pm. People who work here clearly do whatever they want to. The employees were very friendly and nice though. When we came here a couple of days earlier at lunchtime, there was a young guy who was eating a burger while he was taking orders at the counter. Never have seen that before either. Can not believe that a manager would let that happen. He would take a bite and ring something in on the register. CrAzY!!!! This is one weird McDonald's!"

"Genuinely the best McDonald's in the area as far as food quality and customer service is concerned. I always have a good experience here and they've never gotten my order wrong no matter what it is. My only critique is that sometimes they make you pull up past the window to wait for your food but the positives here outweigh that."

"Closed at least an hour early. Store hours say 11:00 but McDonald’s app says they’re open now and willing to take my online order ***and my money*** even though the lights are off and no one is home. It’s late, I’m on a long road trip, and it’s frustrating to need to take a new detour to find something else to eat. I assume I should not trust all the other McDonald’s hours around here, too. I get that things happen, maybe a staffing shortage, but you could still update your hours or deactivate the ordering system when you close."
