"I don’t usually write reviews but today is special. Today I finally found what i have been looking for a very long time. The best Ethiopian food in the DMV area, arguably the best in the entire US. Starting from the service, to the quality of the food was 5 stars. The food was special !!!"

"Finding this Ethiopian restaurant in the DMV area felt like finding a hidden treasure. It’s famous for its amazing meat dishes, and they really are as good as people say. I usually prefer vegetarian food, but I was really impressed by their meat dishes. The place is cozy and welcoming, with a modern design adding some jazz music to your ears. What really makes this place special is how friendly and quick the staff. They make you feel at home, which is not common in many restaurants. The location is also great because it’s easy to get to and has plenty of parking. If you’re interested in trying Ethiopian food, especially meat dishes, this is the top place to go. They are really committed to serving great food and taking care of their customers, making it one of the best in the area. I highly recommend it!"

"Loved the service and aesthetic!!! But the butter was low quality butter that tasted “green” in the tartar along with minimal Korerima. Disappointed so I had to return it. I also had to have the kurt recut as they tried to service me mostly fat when I asked for marbled. But to be honest I was so happy with the service and vibe that it didn’t matter. There was no attitude instead I felt an eagerness to get things right. I’m sure I will be back to give that tartar another shot or maybe their tibs."

"One of the best Ethiopian restaurants around dmv. They mainly know about their Meat Lovers menu which js okay. Even though I would love to have vegetarian options but their food is one of the best. The atmosphere is great and cozy place with their own unique interior design of the place. Server are also very friendly and welcoming as they are fast in taking care of guests. I would give them credit for their hospitality because you don’t see that kind of hospitality in any other Ethiopian restaurant. The location is Great as it has easy access to parking lots. Anyone who wasn’t to try Ethiopian food specifically meat lovers this is the place to go for."
