"My husband, two sons, and I went around 4 on a Saturday. Restaurant had a few tables, but was overall dead. Server took forever to come to the table then took a lifetime to get my husband’s beer and my Bloody Mary. She said she couldn’t find the bartender, but just kept walking aimlessly past our table as if there was nothing she could do. It literally took 20+ minutes just to get our drinks! Food was subpar and service remained lackluster through the entire dining experience. No one at the table really enjoyed their food. Left the dinner swearing we would never go back. It was just that bad."

"It has been 25 years since we last patronized Joe's Inn. Im happy to report it is STILL a Bon Air gem. We had the most delightful server- Ally. My husband had the meatloaf. I had the surf & turf. I wish I had ordered the meatloaf. There will be a next time."

"Had the Bacon Cheeseburger Salad... it was a little dry, but honestly really liked it. They have good ranch. This is kind of an iconic Richmond place, so I'd recommend trying it. We went mid-day on a Monday and it was very crowded, the food was a bit slow, but still good! Our server was awesome though :)"

"The food was delicious and the homemade bread was on point! The mini Greek salad was the perfect size for one person. Ken, the bartender, was hilarious and has a nice British accent. Very professional yet so friendly. Vanessa, the sweetest server ever, just made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The Greek pizza looked amazing and the prices were fair. Nice cozy atmosphere and good 80's music. I'll definitely be back!"
