"How does anyone eat here?? The seafood doesn't taste fresh. Made me question how long did they have it in the freezer. While waiting for our broil to go, I listened to the owner give a caller their special. This special would've saved us $30, and we would've gotten 3 lbs more for the price we paid for 1. Additionally, they fry everything hard and in the same cornmeal nasty batter. The fried shrimp, the soft shell crab & the fried oysters were disgusting!!! The sausage in the boil tasted like an overly boiled eckridge. We drove 40 mins from DC when we could've taken our behinds around the corner to Hook n Reel or Krafty Krab. I am very disappointed and will not be returning."
"Service: I didn’t really feel welcomed here. Food: the fried oyster was delicious along with the dipping sauce. The catfish was decent. I wished it had more flavor. The bread was very hard I prefer a softer roll. Overall the food was good and worth trying."

"Great place for real Cajun boiled seafood flavors. Crabs, crawfish, and shrimp were the best boiled seafood I have found in VA. The fried catfish was perfect. The shrimp Po Boy was great, but as always I wanted more."
"Great place for seafood boils. The prices are great but the food is even better, great combinations of sauces and spice levels. It was so good we came back the following day before leaving DC. Highly recommended"
