Gom Shabu Shabu - Annandale

"We come here often on the weekends for dinner. The quality of service, food, atmosphere, and cleanliness are good. The attention receive was perfect; meaning The waitress only checked on us twice, however if we needed the waitress there was a red button to quest their service on demand. The food quality was better than most places, and a vegetables were very fresh. The price for all you can eat hot pot is fair, in my opinion."

"I loved this place - my boyfriend and I stumbled upon it by accident, and we were so glad we did! The meats were excellent, the house sauces were delicious and the servers were sooooo helpful with explaining the process and ensuring we had enough broth, and checked in regularly. "Study on how to enjoy the hotpot before you go, servers don’t explain everything to you and expect you to sort of know. Vegetable fresh Seafood not so much I explained to them this is my first time here expecting to hear about menu and options. The server brought us the menu and told me to pick individual or unlimited meal option. She was friendly and thought very good. However in the Middle of the meal, server asked us do you want noodle now so we said yes, not knowing that that was instead of rice. We had to ask the server later to change our noodle to rice. Meal was OK had a better Hotpot in the past. Before we leave I looked at the wall with broth options. Wow, if we known about broth options, I would have enjoyed the hot pot experience at Gom shabu much more. We were the for non busy weekday evening and for the first 30 min, we were the only customers so they had ample time to explain."

"Peanut sauce is the reason why I go there. It is the best quality. The owner only knows the secret recipe! Peanut sauce is the best. Overall clean maintenance. Restroom needs some maintenance during busy hours. Mid-aged lady servers are quick and fast. Good quality of broth and sauce bar. Veggies are fresh."

"This is by far my favorite Shabu Shabu. Its all you can eat. The vegetable soup is surprisingly good as a base. High quality meats, fresh vegetables. The condiment bar will elevate your broth to the next level and you can custom make your dipping sauce. You have to use the call button on your table if you need anything. Don't expect them to check up on you but the service is great when you use the call button. A testament to health and safety at this place is the condiment bar. I've been to a number of other places in the area and had diarrhea and so did the family. This place keeps the condiment bar stocked and clean as a result, the many times I've been to this place, I've never been sick. Of the many hot pot places I've been, this place is highly recommended. A bit pricy but well worth it!!!"
