"I ordered door dash through here once and LOVED IT. Ordered something different a second time, specifically asked for NO PORK because I will get sick. Loved the food so much, I drove 1 hour and 20 min round trip to pick it up since I live in Manassas. Get home to see that they added pork (it was the spicy hue noodles, and they only added like 3 pieces of beef, but lots of ham.) I called the place immediately and they said they would issue a refund for just that item ($17 of a $40 order) and apologized. I agreed because the rest of the food was made correctly, threw out the noodles because I can’t eat them and got on with my day. After 4 days and not seeing any proof of that $17 on my card statement, I called again and the person told me they didn’t have the power to issue refunds and took my name and number to give to management. Haven’t received any call yet. Makes me wonder if whoever I called on the day of lied to me about giving me a refund. This experience has soured this place to me, and the people who run this place apparently don’t care about their customers. Gonna give it another week before I contact my bank and see if disputing is an option since part of my order (which was almost HALF the cost) was made incorrectly and the refund I was promised never happened."

"Probably one of the worst pho spots I’ve had in the DMV area. The service here was terrible, no one greeted us nor spoke to us while we were there. The broth was okay, however the meat was super tough and extremely hard to eat. Noodles were bleh, My partner and I could not finish the meal. The spring rolls came with burnt filling which was really gross, literally spat it out. Overall… it was over priced for what they give and we definitely won’t be coming back."

"Friendly staff and flavorful rolls! The fried rice bowls are my favorite! Everyone is friendly nice and helpful! The peanut sauce with the spring rolls are a must try! I will be trying their pho soon"

"We were ready to hate the place but it was a pleasant surprise. Yes 3 spring roles for $16 insane but they are about the size of 2.5 spring rolls and they have a lot of toppings and were protein packed. I wish I could taste more lemongrass on the beef but shrimp was our favorite."
