"I asked if they serve salted lemonade. They brought me lemonade with salt mixed in. This is so wrong. Any Vietnamese will tell you its fermented limes - no lemons. The Pho wasn’t good. The broth was thin, tasted of salt and pepper, and lacked substance. The worst bowl I’ve ever had, perhaps."

"The staff were ghostly, they were available but not intrusive. I ate, slowly, and watched the Olympics without reprisal. The cold coffee was good, but prepared in the back instead of brewing at the table, but that didn't reduce the delicious results, in a Styrofoam cup... I had the house Pho, with less tripe and beef ball than I'd expect, but more than enough beef. I left with an empty bowl and a full belly."
