My daughter spoke Spanish as to convey what she was looking for in a dress. She also got her shoes and tiara there. She has referred her girlfriend’s to this wonderful boutique for their prom in 2023. Gratitude"

"Worst experience ever. After waiting for over 10 minutes to be acknowledged, the service received was horrible. I was looking for a quinceanera dress and asked if we could try one on so we could see how it fits, the woman kept laughing in my face and said that the only way to try one on is to pay for the dress upfront."

"Customer service is horrible. The lady in charge is very rude. I was willing to get a beautiful wedding dress up to 2K as long as I liked it. But since I got there, the lady acted very rude and didn’t want me to try on any dress and offended me saying I was going to rip them all since my size was a 12 and said she only had a size up to 10 . But was not a professional way to respond to customers. She has no professionalism at all. I will not recommend this store to my family and friends and I will not be coming back to this store again."
