"If I had a chance to give this place a zero I would. The customer service here was the poorest I have ever experienced anywhere. Zuhair the store manager barely gave me the time of day after I tried to explain to them my situation and the help I needed. Wouldn’t even accept the information I had. I would not recommend anyone to come to this location and instead to to the one in the Alexandria location if you are in need to go to this store. Never coming here again"

"I went here to order a new car fob and have it programmed. Omar and his dad were very polite and helpful. Apparently the first fob was defective and they were unable to program it, so after I went back the second time they were very quick and even gave me a small discount for my troubles. Plus they cost about half as much as what the dealership would have charged me. I would definitely go back to them!"
"Key fob replacement and programming was accomplished quickly and accurately. I ordered the fobs on the phone they called when they came in, next day reprogrammed them perfectly. All is good now."
