"Perhaps it was an off night. Much time went by between seeing our waitress. 15-20 minutes after ordering, we were told there is no pasta for two of the fours dishes that were order. I suspected my medium rare steak would be overcooked and it was. I see that the manager or owner reads these. Keep in mind that I was too hungry to send it back and, for the most part, people don’t like sending things back. We just want it done right each time when spending $150 for two people."

"The food at mosaic was exceptional. I had a tenderloin candy red cabbage mashed sweet potatoes and a German sausage that was very good. I also had a cup of soup it was a scallop soup made like she crab soup but much better. My wife had the Mosaic Burger she thought it was very good with appetizers we had the spring rolls. The service was wonderful the atmosphere was great it was all together in nice experience."

"Came highly recommend by the "locals" Food was good and the service was even better. Our waiter was very friendly and accommodating. The wait after we ordered was not that long. The desserts were amazing to say the least. They didn't have the drink I wanted but that's not that big of a deal. Not a bad experience. I would go again but I'm not pressed to"

"Nice restaurant with good food, service, and atmosphere. Drinks were just okay - wife and I tried both sangrias and Carytown Limeade, fine enough but not fantastic. Smoked gouda pimento dip was very nice, not a warm dip, but flavorful and delicious nonetheless, and topped with very unique candied jalapeños. Charleston chicken roller and Mosaic burger were both lovely, with sides of fantastic fries and solid lemon vinaigrette mixed greens. Cinnamon bread pudding for dessert was very good, but ooey gooey butter cake was amazing, an absolute must-try!"

"One of the best meals we have ever had. Everything was amazing from start to finish. We had the brussel sprouts appetizer, pork belly and short ribs for entree, and ooey gooey butter cake for dessert. Service was fantastic and our server Cece was the best. We will definitely be back."
