Rebecca provided outstanding customer support and provided me excellent directions on how to get to location from Wash DC- understanding that all of the local Maryland locations has closed down. I truly appreciated her going above and beyond to ensure I had a very positive experience"

"Pretty horrible experience. Went through the drive thru with only 1 person ahead of me. After ordering a sandwich combo with fries and a drink and grilled sandwich paid at 2:34 pm (after waiting 5 minutes at the window). Paid the extra for 2 sauces (apparently neither sandwich comes with any sauce other than the one already on it). Was given my drink and told to pull ahead where I waited for 20 minutes. Finally decided to go inside and ask for a refund and hoping they would at least have the courtesy to comp the food after waiting patiently for so long. Got a refund on just the sandwiches. Waited another 10 minutes finally went back out to my car where the manager hands food to the person that had pulled up after me. I ask if I'm still getting the food and finally I get just the 2 sandwiches. No sauces no fries. At this point already too hungry and annoyed to wait any longer, finally decided to leave at 3:05 pm. Not planning on coming back."

"The service was fantastic. Friendly cashier, very quick food preparation, and it was brought to my table without even having to get up to retrieve it. I got the fried chicken sandwich, which was a little bit boring. I might recommend getting some sort of sauce on the side and putting that on your sandwich yourself. I got the Mac and cheese as my side, and it was beyond expectations for fast food Mac and cheese. The restaurant was clean, and well taken care of. Tables wiped, chairs pushed in etc. Overall, this wasn’t some fine dining experience, but its its definitely well above par for fast food, and I’m excited to see Bojangles expand to new locations in my area."

"For fast food, this place is decent. Of the chicken joints (KFC, Popeyes, etc.) I find they have the best biscuits of the three. The service is good, workers friendly. Chicken was juicy and hot, sides were as expected. The dining room was mostly clean and prices were higher than I would expect. There plenty of parking available and a reserved spot for veterans which is an added plus that they respect the women and men who have served. The reason the the low rating is the bathroom. While not filthy, it’s wasn’t clean either and the addition of the giant insect (pictured here) was disgusting. Had I seen it before eating I may have just walked out. This wasn’t some tiny bug in the corner, this thing was huge. Makes me wonder what I didn’t see. I’m still a little grossed out by it tbh."

"A friend of mine recommended Bojangles. Being from Chicago, I've never heard of this chain. The service was great and pretty fast although many customers were there. I've had KFC, Cane's, Gus's, Brown's, Church's, Jollibee's, Popeye's and the Chicago legend....Harold's. Bojangles was good. It was hard for me not to compare to the other places. I found the name Bojangles possibly a little racist as I was eating their chicken during Black history month. I asked God for forgiveness. LOL. The French fries and biscuits are outstanding! You can see them making the biscuits fresh."
