"Waited forever in drive thru to be given no French fries with my order, drove back around and employees were rude and acted like it was my fault. French fries I was given were half full containers and old, No sauce in bags when I ordered 20 nuggets. 1/3 @ 10:30pm. I would run cameras to watch staff, highly incompetent and giving horrible food and service."

"The manager, Delvin, was very rude and refused to take my order because he wanted me to use the kiosk but I didn’t want to use it because it often glitches and is always confusing to use. Another employee came to assist me but he barked at her to not take my order because he insisted I use the kiosk that I did not want to use. If I wanted to use it I would’ve but I specifically waited for someone to come help me. I asked him how long the wait will be and he said “until there’s nobody in the drive thru” which I found ridiculous so I left."

"Very rude manager at the McDonalds. My stay was OK to good. Food was good and the place could have been cleaned better but my stay went down hill when the manager locked the doors to the dining room around 530pm. It didn't really affect me until he said, "Have you been letting people in?" I hadn't, but people came in as others left and I said that. Then as I was leaving, I suggested putting a sign or something on the door to let people know or something and he said they'll know when they try the locked door. Very rude and he's losing a ton of train passenger business. I won't be back if he's there. Pedestrians, waiting train passengers, and people stopping to dine in should not be treated with such little respect or courtesy. (Edit: For context: the permanent sign on the door says the dining room is open later than 530pm)"

"I can't talk on the atmosphere because I only come for breakfast and it's only when I'm in Richmond for my classes. But the people during breakfast are super polite and always professional with me. I'd also like to point out the gentleman with the tattoos on his arms and the short hair. Super polite and always professional, also their food is better than any of the other McDonald's around here."

"I come in here about 3-4 times a week for breakfast and its great, the manager David always has everything right and is a very nice guy. But anytime Ive come in the evening its terrible, tables dirty, drink bar dirty, floors covered in trash and food, ants after the food by the door, idk who the manager is but they clearly don't care, tonight every single table was dirty, not even exaggerating, it was every table, so I sat at the least dirty one. I don’t usually complain but I feel like it should be better, considering it’s not busy at night and they make way more money than they used to… more money means more work and responsibilities"
