Jersey Mike's Subs

"Don't order from Jersey Mike's often because they rarely offer a promo. Using the app does make it easy to select what I need and customize. Unfortunately the last 2 times my sub orders had mismatched condiments. Wished their app or company would follow-up with a notification or email because otherwise improvements won't be made."

"Been using this location for a while and won't be coming back for a while. The food is good. I'm tired of the headaches dealing with this location. Don't ask for customizations or add-ons. You will spend extra for things you won't get. If you order XTRA MEAT and XTRA CHEESE on a Regular, you are spending another $4.25 + tax and it's very likely you won't get it, or it will be on the WRONG sandwich. This location used to be a rock star. But in the past few months to a year we found ourselves ordering less frequently because the service has fallen off. Extras are missed, added to the wrong sandwich, or the wrong sandwich is made. If you call, they will refund part or all of the sandwich, but ... I found myself calling more frequently and it became a headache. Another thing they will do is write your name in a notebook for a future free sandwich. But the app doesn't read their blue covered spiral bound notebook. I work a lot of hours and using the app or order and pick-up was huge when crunching on a work deadline. This location needs to go back to doing things right the first time. I think they changed management/ownership because in the past, they ran a tight ship. I'm guessing it was more than a location re-model. v"

"I use to come here regularly. They have different staff every time I come. The last one I ordered online, my order was not ready after 45 minutes. Today I ordered a hot sub with double meat. Repeated to order taker. He got it. Told cashier, double meat. She rang up regular meat. Had her charge for double meat after I repeated myself. 10 minutes later, got my sandwich with regular meat. After anyone is unsure it’s double meat or not, confirmed it’s not with the original order taker who said he wrote double meat. Ow ai am waiting another 10 plus minutes to remake my sandwich. I hope that can do better. But I won’t be wasting my lunch here again wondering If I will get a sandwich or if it’s what I ordered. These are basics of a restaurant I thought."

"I ordered using its app. It was easy to use and picked up my order. The staff were friendly I got #9 Club Supreme - Regular on Wheat Bread. It had Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil Blend, Oregano, Salt, Swiss, Bacon, Mayo, Turkey, Roast Beef. Overall the sandwich was ok. I especially liked the mayonnaise and the red wine vinegar. I didn’t enjoy the wheat bread; its texture felt empty and flat if that makes sense, reminded me of breads used by Subway. The bacon was a bit chewy. I gave Jersey Mike’s a try since I never had it and want to see how it compares to Jimmy John’s. I prefer Jimmy John’s."
