"I enjoyed this place. It was nice to eat at a Korean BBQ place that wasn't blasting out loud music, had good quality meat, and good service. The pork belly was top quality but I felt like the marinated ribs had a bit too much fat for my liking. The free side dishes was pretty minimal. I wish they offered garlic, chives, and other side dishes. But overall it was a positive experience. I didn't feel like I had to rush thru my meal either. The cold noodle was excellent and dwenjang jjigae was very good."
"Kbbq at Gogiville really good! As first time customer, I had a great dining experience. The meat, side dishes, soup, and egg were all fantastic. Service was great as well. The servers actually cooked the meat for you unlike other establishments that make the customers cook the meat for the kbbq experience. Would come again."
"Quality of the meat served is by far the best I've had compared to other Korean bbq in the area.. and there are lots. Service here also can't be beat. Super friendly and attentive staff. I'll keep coming back."
"Gogiville is great but be prepared to be bombarded by salt, sugar, and msg. The flavors here are intense. Typically I don't like sweet but there is a unique balancing act gogiville had somewhat perfected. I avoided all the saucey combo because I don't like sauce and went for combo 3. If it's your first time here, I suggest combo 3. The meat quality is great but not the best in my opinion. There is still good value to be had for the quality they provide. Beef was excellent in combination with the house sauce premixed. If you plan to use the table sauces, I suggest getting combo 1. The buckwheat spicy noodles with soup base was amazing. Traditionally I like to drink the soup base because it is refreshing but I can't drink this one. Very salty and sugary. I could get my blood pressure and diabetes crying inside. We also ordered some pork intestines but was disappointed when they came out cooked. It was ok but quickly got cold and chewy. The fried potato was still raw. The service here is excellent. I've never had better service in all my years at a DMV kbbq shop. The meat never burned and the server perfectly matched our eating pace. Either it was pure luck or the server knows how to manage the fire like a champ. Still my overall experience was a 5 star. The price was forgiving and service didn't miss a beat. We were in and out without feeling rushed or twiddling or thumbs"
"I have not been to Korea, but my son has. He took me here hoping that I could experience authentic Korean barbecue. He was so impressed and was taken back to Korea bite after bite! I was so grateful for the experience! Our waiter was wonderful, the food was incredible and the atmosphere was very similar to an authentic barbecue back in its country of origin. My son said that this place was a little bit more upscale than many places in Korea. 10/10!"
