"The bread on the sausage croissants are dang near black for the last 3 mornings. Please stop over cooking them. The service is usually pretty good though"

"I am 63 years old. Believe me, I look 63 years old. Yet, when I attempted to purchase cigarettes here, the cashier asked for my I.D. I had walked the short distance from my home and only had my debit card. I had to walk back home to get my I.D. I would not have minded but the cashier did not ask for I.D. from the man in front of me who bought cigarettes, nor did she ask the tenager in line behind me who bought flavored cigars. Just me. So I said something about and the cashier went whining to the manager. The manager wouldn't even discuss it with me. She banned me from the store instead. No Problem Wawa! The B.P. convenience store is much closer to my home and their prices are the same. Wawa, you just lost a loyal patron of over 12 years! Maybe you should train your employees better, teach them what customer service is. As it stands, you have a nasty lot of employees Wawa and I am cutting up my preferred customer card. And stop watering down your gasoline!"

"No decaf coffee at three in the afternoon, pumpkin spice was also out but two employees doing nothing in the cafe. Self check out was just sitting with store approval needed, so someone obviously needed help and just left it. One register open but two employees behind the counter and my caesar wrap had that lovely thing where they stuff one end really good for appearances and then the other half that they cover with paper had nothing in it."

"Went to put diesel in the truck and nothing came out. I received 7 gallons of air and was charged 26 dollars. Sam. "The manager" refused to give me a refund or even put a bag on the pump so noone else would be charged for air. I would give him 0 stars if I could"
