"The customer service was horrible. Absolutely do not recommend. They were very rude and annoyed to service guest. They were out of their signature drink they were advertising and were upset with me as soon as I ordered it then annoyed I needed to take longer to order something else. As soon as I got to the window to pay / receive my order, there was a staff member playing on her phone using her gloves and hair whipping everywhere, with no hair net, as she danced behind the counter. The other staff member didn't say any word to me after me saying thank you twice after receiving my order. Do not recommend for any customer service or atmosphere if wanted. Drinks were normal."

"Usually, this spot off the highway is a lunchtime favorite, but today was disappointing. When I requested Fresh Snacking Bacon, I was informed they couldn't sell it hot, as it had been sitting out for 5 hours since 8 am. Won't be coming back – skipped the drink too."

"I've been here a handful of times and I've never had any issues. The employees do their jobs just fine as far as service goes, but the drive-thru could be a little faster. Sometimes it's quick, but other times it takes a while just to get to the window. You'd think traffic here would be bad with it being next to a busy Sheetz gas station, but the traffic control here is great, and never gets congested."

"I had 9 cent in my hand to give the cashier and I said sir i have 9 cent. He says “its fine” and proceeds to give me 91 cents back in change. I just let it go and let him give me the change lol. Overall food was pretty good."

"I went here because I was craving a sausage cheese on an english muffin at 2pm. First off DEYONCE was amazing and sweet and knew what I wanted before I knew what I wanted (give her a raise asap) I’m usually a starbies girl but I think Dunkin got my vote now…. Thanks Deyonce ! Will be back bc of her! The food was amazing and I got the new caramel drink and it was soooo gooodddd"
