"I have ordered two large hot and sour soups every week for over a year now. Tonight I got the Generals chicken my husband the shrimp lo mein and an extra shrimp roll since per menu Tso comes with fried rice and egg roll. Plain rice and no egg roll is what I received. Called and the manager told me I was wrong as I was looking at the menu. I was polite but very angry at their attitude and tone. What type of restaurant throws away a customer for an egg roll?"
