Blue Circle

"A co-worker and I stopped by yesterday at 1230 Total time on premises was 50 minutes. Most of that was waiting for food. The staff we interacted with were pleasant. I got a double burger and tots. The tots were good. The "burger" is sort of like Crystal or White Castle but not as good. It was 2 squares of a grey substance with 3 pieces of diced onion and a pickle slice. There was a lot of bread. It was mostly bread in fact. I didn't think it was a good value. My associate had the messy diablo and fries. According to him, there was nothing messy nor spicy about it. We thought maybe, jalapeno, pepper jack, and sriracha would help. He liked the fries. He didn't think this was a good value. The indoor seating was limited and cramped though the counter seating helps. The outdoor option is helpful on decent days. We both thought there were too many employees to the point of getting in each other's way. It should not have taken nearly half an hour to get food."

"The Daddy O burger with cheese and Bacon is out of this world! The bacon is cooked crispy. The circle burgers are good as well. I tried their brownie and oh my heavens, it melts in your mouth."

"Maybe it’s just nostalgia but I love Blue Circle! Blue circle was my go to lunch place in high school (1986-89)! Used to love sitting at the counter and eating a 1/2 dozen circle burgers. The new owners have brought the original nostalgia back! The place looked great! They have also expanded outside seating with a canopy. I ordered the original Blue Circle burgers with cheese. They come with onions, mustard and a pickle on a steamed bun. Tasted just like high school. The fries were dropped when ordered and came out hot and fresh, crispy and golden brown. Got to spend some time with my parents reminiscing over a good meal! Thank you Blue Circle for bringing back the memories!"

"Really disappointed in blue circle. Went well out of my way to have a cheat meal and stuff my face. Sliders, a dog, 2 orders of fried potato. I understand the order is made fresh but people arrived after us, ordered and were served before us. My double meat cheese sliders left a lot to be desired and were barely room temperature. The slaw dog was a pleasant surprise but was soggy from what I would guess is sitting too long after slaw was applied. The highlight was the fried potato. Although that’s very hard to mess up. The portions were the smallest fry and tot portions I’ve ever seen. For 2$ each I expect a bit more. For anybody traveling through and needing a fulfilling road trip meal, I would pass on Blue Circle and try something else. Would only return for a quick tot or fry order."
