"Looks were definitely deceiving. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my dining experience at all. Service: The waitress was nice and helpful. Atmosphere: I understand I may not have come on a busy night but you would have thought the restaurant was closed with how dead and dull it was inside. Food: This was the biggest disappointment for me as the restaurant came highly recommended. The candied bacon appetizer and the home fries were good but everything else was terrible. The burnt ends and brisket were cold and I mean really cold as if it was taken out the fridge and barely heated up. The brisket was 60% fat. The home fries was the only thing hot on the plate The sweet potato soufflé was room temperature not very tasty. The deviled eggs were underwhelming. Plus, the main course including the brisket, burnt ends, and home fries were served on a pile of grease. I'm not a BBQ expert but I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be dripping with grease. I tried to salvage the meal as best as I could but I would've been better off leaving as I ended up paying for it all night due to an upset stomach. I was highly disappointed in this meal and I'm certain there will not be a return visit for me."

"I love this place and I have ate here a lot. But the last time I ate here I ordered the burnt end tacos which are like 12 bucks and I paid 22 bucks for them cause they said they weren't on their menu so they charged me for a burnt end platter which is 22 bucks and comes with alot.... I got 2 tacos that's it ... but u can order online and it says burnt end tacos for the 11 or 12 dollar price.... they didn't want to help me or give me more tacos or refund me.... bad customer service.....I even called in to place my order and the lady that took it did not say they didn't have it on their menu... she took my order and I picked it up and noticed the charge...."
