"Victor and John have been extremely helpful. When I got a switch OLED from them recently it stopped charging. They went out of the way to let me use a loaner switch while the OLED got fixed so I would still have something to play."

"I would rate the service I have received as negative 5 stars if possible. I have been waiting on replacement cushions for 8 months. I have asked to switch the set and apply the money to a different set and they refuse. The person I have been working with in the store has tried to help, she went to managers above her and they are the ones that refuse to do anything. I have paid on this set every month because I was told the cushions would be arriving soon. I was told that they didn't receive the cushions because they were discontinued and then I was told they found that they could get them however at this point I still have not received cushions or if they could get them."

"Ordered on Thursday, delivered Tuesday morning. So far I love it and I hope I can keep it for a lifetime. Beautiful king frame and dresser and two night stands all glam and elegant the pictures don't do it justice it's so elegant. I love the crystals and the rustic silver finish."
