"Salmon was frozen not fresh with no skin on it too preserve the flavor. Wasn't happy with the mashed potatoes had way too much peelings in it and under seasoned."

"Another great meal at the Roadhouse. Our family's favorite go to place to eat in the Kingsport tn area. Meal was great. And the waiter was friendly and attentive. The manager walked around to each table to make sure everyone was happy. :)"

"While I typically love Texas Roadhouse the past 2 visits has left a bad taste, not only were our servers horrible and left us without refills she brought out the wrong food only to throw cheese and bacon on it and burn the fries instead of remaking them. When taking a family out and spending over 100.00 on a nice dine in meal I would expect better, servers also need to remember that tips are based on services provided and if you fail to meet minimum expectations you receive lower tips."

"The partner and I went to Texas roadhouse today to celebrate his birthday. The restaurant was busy which is typical. The music was not overbearing and obnoxious. The lighting in the restaurant was a little darker than I appreciate but many people like to dine in the dark. We both got the porterhouse, one with a baked sweet potato and the other with steak fries. A bowl of chili and a side salad with Italian dressing finished off the meals. The server was amazing. She was working the bar area and was definitely able to multitask. She was extremely busy but yet quite attentive and checked in periodically to make sure the meal was just perfect and that the drinks were always topped off. I realize inflation has caused prices to skyrocket, but we paid over $30 for a porterhouse and two sides. A little on the expensive side but still worth it to celebrate such a special occasion."

"Always a pleasant experience from the rolls and delicious butter to the cheese cake. The portions are large enough for me to eat a couple of meals on. I had beef tips,green beans and mashed potatoes. Im getting hungry just typing this. Strawberry cheesecake for dessert. The atmosphere is lively and I love it!"
