"As a NY'er DD is the Krispy Kreme of the North. I grew up on them in the good old NYC. To see them down here, I've become a DD customer and rewards member. I also frequent this location daily for my Expresso and random sandwich. They are very kind, great customer service and no my order. That as a store manager of my own store knows customer service goes a long way and that's why they win me over every time!"

I got an iced cold brew earlier today, when the ice melted I noticed something floating in my cup... it was a Cap to a half n half or milk container... this place has failed to even meet expectations....several times. I gave them chances to treat me like a valued customer.... They should be shut down.... DISGUSTING!!!"

"Placed order on App to pick up at drive-thru. Arrived at 9:50 a.m. 29 minutes later I'm leaving with my order. Maybe five cars we're in front of me. And as usual they were out of some of the donuts I ordered. I ordered some munchkins also some of those were incorrect. From now on I will not go through that drive-thru if there are more than two cars. My advice is to go before 9:30 a.m.. at least they had a box to put my Donuts in this time."
