"this taco bell is one of the worst ones to go to, especially when the night shift crew is there!! a year and a half to two years ago it was one of the best.. every single time i place a mobile order and arrive to the store to pick it up they’re out of something “because the truck didn’t show up” seems to me like they need to get a manager that knows how to order the correct amount of product. nearly every time they screw something in my order up, whether it’s missing something i ordered, or messing up a modification it’s always something. i’ve worked fast food and it’s not that difficult to read a screen and make sure everything is correct, ESPECIALLY when there is no one in line. someone needs to shape this location up."

"While prices have shot through the roof the past few years, the food and service has declined. I ordered a standard value meal, that with tax and a $0.53 round-up to "help college students" came to $13.00. I have two issues. The Diet Pepsi I was handed was severely underfilled. The second was nobody could give me a straight answer as to how my $0.53 was going to benefit college students. Come on, Taco Bell...if you're going to ask for a round-up, at least tell your people how it works. Is a national program, local, scholarship, and a keg fund for your work crew this weekend? Give this project an official sounding name as opposed to just having your people ask for round-ups for "college students". Is this a clever way for them to ask for tips?"

"Ordered soft taco supremes with extra beef and they had no sour cream or extra beef. Ordered fiesta potatoes and they had no sour cream and shredded cheese instead of melted cheese. Ordered regular soft tacos and would have been lucky to have a teaspoon of beef on them. I would never recommend taco bell in Gray Tennessee to anyone. Worst service ever"

"We ordered $70 worth of food. Had to return more than half of our order due to the food not being cooked. Went to the store manager McKenzie and she said well what do you want refund or made again. The lack of caring was stunning me as a manager you would want your store to do better and use it as a teaching moment. I would love to speak to the "coach" of this manager whose name is Melanie. We asked for the district manager or owner contact information and mckenzie said she did not have this information. A young lady in a management position should have the information to give to customers when asked."

"A run of the mill Taco Bell in the TRI City area of Tennessee. Swung through while driving for a quick lunch. Grabbed my usual , a crunch wrap with steak instead of beef. I was the only customer there so it took longer than expected but it's not like it was a long wait, just worth mentioning. The staff were polite enough but obviously we're just there to do a job, I can't blame them. The crunch wrap was standard although pretty skimpy on the fillings. Overall it was fine. Not great, just average."
