"6:30 am and all parking spaces filled with employees cars. I’m the only one in shop. Why dooze the employees park where customers should be parking?"

"While I understand this location can be busy the employees need to listen to the customers, we actually are the ones that ensure they have a job. I went in couple weeks ago and the lady at the window, as I was asking her if she could add a gift card to my card, scanned my gc to pay for my order. I said I wanted you to add this to my card and she said you have enough on this one. Then replied I know but now I don’t get my points. Her response was I’m sorry. Today I ordered a cold brew which you could see through. I said wow that looks thin to which I was told people have said that all morning. I left and as I was driving I tasted the drink and turned around. I asked if I could just get an ice coffee if the cold brew was not ready. I got it and as I tasted it I didn’t like it, very bitter. I called to see when they would have some new cold brew to which I was told they didn’t know bc it was still brewing so couple hours. These drinks are not cheap so if you don’t have the proper drink stop giving bad product on purpose, then just saying I’m sorry. I will never go back to this location again!!!!!!"

"This isn't the worst Starbucks I've been to, but every time I go the line is wrapped around the building and it's taken over 30 minutes just to get one Vanilla Bean Frappuccino. If the line is taking too long, you can't leave as there are curbs and shrubbery around the drive-thru that completely prevent you from doing so. The staff here has always been polite though, and they've never gotten my order wrong (though my order IS always very simple). The inside of the store is good for reading, writing, or hanging out as I know several college students who have gone here to study and do classwork."

"**Hope we it was just that we arrived an hour before closing ** Needed coffee for the drive home,so stopped at reliable Starbucks. Ordered Grande "Redeye", they didn't know what that was. Brewed coffee with a shot of espresso. My wife, grande whole milk latte. Quick service, accurate order. But the coffee tasted a bit burnt. My wife's too. I hope it was just us showing up a bit over an hour until closing."

"When I was there, they took any drive-tru order manually. And it’s long line, so we just parked and went straight inside the store. The store’s clean and our drinks tasted good. They have many variations of Starbucks tumblers."
