"We placed a large online order at this location this morning. Only 2 employees were in the store. They did an amazing job. Kept their composure with a long drive through line and people in the lobby. Obviously wait time was longer than average, but the breakfast sandwiches were hot and made correctly. The coffee was amazing. All the donuts/ other items were in the boxes/bags when they were finally able to complete it while handling other orders. Truly appreciate their hard work and ability to work under pressure. Will definitely be back."

"Came to pick up my mobile order at 6am and they’re not even open. Not a soul to be seen. Opening time is 5am. Amateur hour over here. Every time I come here, they also get my order wrong. Save the trouble, and go to the other one on Hull st past the Kroger."

"I sat at the drive-thru window about 7 minutes. I started to wonder if they were even open, so I said hello, and the person finally said, "Can I help you." I mean, where was she all this time? If she was busy, she could've said, " I'll be with you in one moment, but yeah, nothing. They also didn't have anything that I ordered down to a chocolate donut. I ended up leaving. Maybe it was an off day, but it was not such a good experience"
