"Service was fast and easy. No waiting in lines in the drive thru or anything. Not docking any stars because this was truly my fault, but I wish that they had double checked that I didn’t want any sweetener in my latte, but I did not think of the fact that I had to request it, so I got a latte with no sugar/flavor which was very different from what I was expecting. Maybe this is normal practice as I don’t visit Starbucks often, but maybe just having them double check on my order or repeat my order back and mention that I had ordered no sweetener/flavors. Definitely not their fault, but just might be nice to have them ask in the future."
