"Even when this place is not busy and no one is in-line I still have to wait at the speaker for someone to take my order. Low staff always and the workers are super slow and seem to not care about their job at all. Whoever is managing this place did a horrible job at hiring the right people. Food is always cold or frozen in some areas. Heard the employees cuss while making orders and complaining. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Expect to be late at work when getting a coffee here."

"Consistently slow and poor service. Every time I order mobile, I end up waiting 10 minutes after I walk in the door. Even if it's just a plain coffee. Today, while i waited on my mobile order, I thought about picking up some donuts for my staff. I waited by the cash register and was ignored, despite being the only customer. There were 4 employees and none of them acknowledged me standing at the counter over 5 minutes. I decided against the donuts and waited 5 more minutes for my mobile order. (That was placed 15 minutes PTA) This Dunkin is 3 minutes from my residence, every once and awhile I try again. But I think I've had enough bad experience to write this location off."

"Awful awful awful Dunkin, they are so lazy acting and so damn aloof it’s not even funny. I went inside to try to help the situation and 15 mins later I was still waiting for my drink and recieved attitude when asked when it would be finished. I’ve worked a barista job before and yes it’s stressful but it’s not my fault as the customer that y’all got behind on drinks and now you’re getting slammed. Fix the attitudes, adjust your positions, add another employee and pep up the customer service."

"This has got to be the worse Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too. My kid is on the travel soccer team so we come in here to grab something quick for breakfast. Waiting almost 45mins for 3 drinks. Then when I go to counter to remind them I’m still waiting for three drink the man tells me “this guy is doing drinks (as “this guy” is pulling muffins) do NOT come to this location."

"I used the mobile order option, which is always easy . I pull up and the friendliness was bare but she did say here you go . The drinks were good but I got cold brew and it’s barely any which is sad . However , the drinks and speed of getting my order were good ."
