"Avoid this location. I paid $17 for 2 bagels and 2 hashbrowns. The $6.50 bagel w extra cream cheese had a thin layer on one side only. The hash browns were soggy and the plain bagel which was not toasted was burnt on the outside. The other location near Brandermill is so much better. This one has never gotten an order right. Me, my family and my in laws all know to stay away from this location. There is a reason its empty and the other one crowded. Really poorly managed."

"We’ve been going to this Dunkin since we moved here from Boston (the home of Dunkin) and at first I just thought maybe inflation was due to the wild cost of the donuts here. Turns out no it’s not Dunkin it’s just this location that’s basically charging double for everything. Nothing more annoying then pure greed and considering the coffee isn’t good and costs more than Starbucks I won’t be going to this location - If for some reason I really need Dunkin the other ones in the area are cheaper."

"I've been going to this Dunkin for at least 7 years. I get Glazed Munchkins every time. Not once did they not have them. In the last 7 days I've gone 3 different times and not once did they have any Glazed Munchkins. It seems some of the staff had changed to. I used to go out of my way just to drive to this particular Dunkin because it was always my favorite. I hope they start doing better."

"Ordered a simple iced coffee with cream and caramel. It tasted like cream, water, and a splash of coffee. No caramel to be found. Also, my drink wasn’t filled completely. :( Love Dunkin but would recommend another location."

"I ordered two coffees , one being a regular with cream/sugar and an iced coffee via mobile order … I ordered at 8am I get there at 8:08 wait two min the young lady says do you have a mobile order … 6 workers one person in line very confused why I even had to wait . Nevertheless, the drink was great but the wait was horrible ."
