"I don't understand how the coffee at this location is never really good. The location right down the street off West Broad is amazing. I have never recieved a bad coffee. There is always an issue at this place. Today, no peppermint for my Peppermint Mocha. Really? It's the holodays. So disappointing."

"I enjoy specialty coffees and teas. Recently, I've been enjoying matcha lattes. I ordered a grande and more than half the cup was foam. For the price, I expect more. I feel like I only got 2 Oz of Macha and honestly I make it better at home. I ordered one at a rival shop and not only did it cost less, the taste was perfect. I love the service, atmosphere, and restrooms are always clean. Starbucks usually never disappoints. Welp, someone just got a new customer."

"Contrary to the popular Starbucks stereotype reviews , they always get the order right and names are right too (most of the times). Great indoor/outdoor ambience and never had to wait more than 5 minutes in drive thru. Love having them in my area…"

"The last few times I have been there have been terrible. Yesterday I waited in the drive-thru line 18 minutes! The time before, right after I gave my order of 2 drinks and 2 bagels, the guy asks me to repeat it because he “zoned out for a minute”. When I got my order, there was no cream cheese or butter with the bagels (as ordered) and no knives, so we had to go inside to get what we needed. The common denominator in both orders was the same “surfer dude” looking guy. He needs to go. This used to be a really efficient location. I won’t go back until that guy is gone. I don’t have the time nor the desire for him to waste my time!"

"I live in the area and this Starbucks has been a pain for YEARS and finally had my last draw of patience with this location. I waited 20 min for a cold brew with the person in front of me ordering 5 min before I did - was not busy only two other people inside that already had their order. Always also super slow drive thru, I literally have to plan to be in the drive thru 20-45 min irrespective of the number of cars in line. I’d rather drive an extra 10 min to another location than to keep dealing with this borderline disrespectful service. As I write, I recall three weeks ago a lady asked about her drink after waiting 25 min for it and the barista had the nerve to give her attitude - to top it off, it was a mobile order so she had placed the order way before her 25 min wait. This location needs to get it together."
