The experience was not enjoyable. Dresses are crammed on racks and it felt thrown together. Not a pleasant shopping trip. Bad customer service. Will not be back."

"This place is absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond for my sister and helped her find the perfect wedding dress! From the moment we walked in the door until we left they were absolutely fabulous! I would recommend them to anyone! They can make or do anything that you need! We had gave up hope of finding one and just happen to look up and this shop popped up on Google! They are true miracle workers! Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts! This was our 1st time here and they definitely did not disappoint! You will definitely be where we come for any event from now on!"

"The only thing I encountered was a miss! The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because you can’t give less. The ladies is this establishment are rude, disrespectful, and plan out unprofessional. They told me that I couldn’t take any pictures of the dresses on my daughter because they are private… So I decided I would just take some pictures of this mega hoard! Literally they have stuff everywhere’s and even have medication laying out. I tried to talk to the owner about some concerns I was having with a dress my daughter was trying on. She was less than helpful all I’m saying if you’re buying a $500 dress do you want someone to be nice.. How this place has stayed in business since the 70s. Is beyond me… please get your act together ladies!"
