"I went through the drive thru today and paid cash. The lady at the 1st window said she didn't have change to give me. My change was supposed to be $2.89. I got the $2.00, but not the 0.89 cents. Seems very sketchy if they are rounding down on every single cash payment and not returning any coins. I also wasn't told they didn't have change until I had already paid. Very odd."

"Very strange experience at this McDonald's. About 14 employees milling around all with jackets on and dirty clothes, half painted chewed off fingernails, wiping their hands on their pants. It took me 15 minutes to get a Big Mac and a small fry and they were only two other customers. 4:00pm. Fries were good, Big Mac had a gallon ( it seems) of special sauce and a LOT of lettuce. Very messy."

"Three stars for convenience to my fiance's place of employment and food availability at early morning hours. The coffee orders are wrong 9 out of 10 times, the cashiers have huge issues giving proper change back bc they've not retained basic math skills, and one of the morning managers will greet you with attitude no matter how nicely and respectfully you let them know how an order was not correct. Afternoon and evening shift crews are really nice and always get the order correct. New management has completely turned this location around. So much better!"

"Got the big breakfast with hot cakes. Eggs were brown, biscuits were dry and hard. I couldn’t cut my pancakes with the plastic knife. Worst food I’ve ever had from this location. I will make the extra drive to Greeneville next time."

"Bugs inside flying around, food was cold. Was to be brought to table but instead called out my number, and it was bagged to go for a dine in. Was not at all impressed. 2nd time trying this place. Food was better, but sloppily put together. Again, they just called out my number instead of bringing it to the table, again in a bag instead of dining in. Called out my number, and half of my order was missing!! This place needs someone WHO CARES and some management. It is filthy inside. No one cleans off tables or soda fountain area."
