"Clean your restroom!!! Mop the floors in your store!!! I am tired of seeing pubic hair in the sink, dry feces on the toilet seats, feces in the toilet and urine on the floors!!! stop giving customers the wrong codes for the restroom! This particular location doesn’t have a staff only bathroom and the manager has created one, making it an inconvenient for individuals grabbing their coffee and wash their hand's in their restroom. If you’re going to have one restroom for staff, label it staff restroom. Also there are no toilet seat covers in the restroom they made available for customers and many times, they don’t have soap for people to wash their hands. Are your employees washing their hands with no soap !? Also this same manager the blonde with curls made me a coffee that gave me a horrible stomach problems! I almost went to the ER. I don’t know what she put in my coffee, but I was very sick for hours, my stomach hurting. Who knows if she used old milk or a laxative because she doesn’t like no one calling Starbucks and placing a complaint. I’ve called Starbucks on multiple occasions, no resolution, nothing. Why does Starbucks have a customer care number and no resolution to any problems?"

"Two stars for a nice cafe mocha. Other then that this has to be one of the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever seen. To be clear, I was in at 6:00am. 1/2 hour after opening. 1st, was totally ignored for 5 minutes exactly. 2 employees were more concerned about labeling the sweets as well as making the to go orders. No hi or hello or even looking up to acknowledgment. The front door looked as if 100 greasy kids fingers were all over it. The table with napkins had dried up coffee or other stains. Not touched by a rag this morning. The floor looked like a bathroom, napkins, straw wrappers under chairs, coffee beans and just dirt. The machines that make the espresso are dusty, covers in drops of something. Flies were around the pump necks of the flavorings. You all know that flies throw up when they land right? This Starbucks needs to be closed and a good one day cleaning. Wish I would have looked prior to my order. Overall time was 17 minutes without any other customer throughout that entire time."

"They don’t greet you upon entering. They don’t pay attention to the guest waiting. They’re very task oriented. I waited over 5 minutes for a delivery that was ready and sitting on the side. If I was greeted and asked if I was picking up the timeline would’ve been sooner. They are nice though. They just need a little tweaking."

"The standard for customer service in general at Starbucks is outstanding. However, this location exceeds those standards. The staff understands the products and offers options to meet customer morning rush needs."
